How long does a case take?
Standard cases take 3 working days in our lab; complex cases may need about 1 more day. Add roughly 3 days shipping to us and 2–3 days back.
How do I send cases to China?
Pack the case with the Rx form and send it to our lab with UPS, FedEx, DHL or another express carrier. Contact us first and we will confirm the address and shipping details.
What warranty do you offer?
All of our dental products have a 2-year warranty, except damage caused by external force. During the warranty period we redo or repair the same product for the same patient free of charge.
